Our stunning Balloon Garland and Neon Sign Backdrop is the perfect combination to add a touch of glamour and elegance to any celebration. With 4 ft of balloon garland, and your choice of neon sign, this is perfect for any events! 

This balloon garland is beautifully installed on a 7ft arch, creating a seamless backdrop for photos in any type of space - no attachment points necessary! This is much more convenient because we can then install the garland in any area you'd like, without worrying about where to attach it.

Garland set-up measures approx 7ft wide by 3ft tall. 

Installation and Toronto delivery + pick-up is included in the price!


A $50 email money transfer must be sent as a security deposit. The security deposit will be returned once the sign and accompanying pieces are returned and inspected for damages. Any damages incurred may result in the loss of the security deposit.
